Attendance in the minutes
Counted from the attendance roll at the head of each set of the City's minutes. Only documents whose roll could be read are counted, and a meeting whose roll does not carry this name is counted neither way.
Listed at other boards' meetings: 7 present, 0 absent — not in the counts above, which are the meetings of the Council and the CRA.

Attendance by meeting (217) — find a date
Each row is this person's entry in that meeting's minutes roll, as the Clerk recorded it. A meeting whose roll does not name Lavander Hearn is not listed, and this site never treats "not listed as absent" as present. The roll records the start of the meeting; a note such as an arrival time is shown as recorded.
