A count or the names are used as printed even where the minutes print no result word (the page says "result not printed; worked out from the count"); a vote whose printed result and printed names do not agree is left out, and so is a motion on which the minutes' text says a member recused while the printed ballot lists that member voting ("The minutes disagree").
