Specific projects, the dollar amounts allocated to them at public meetings, and the dollar amounts that have been spent since. Numbers are sums of cited amounts — arithmetic from the public record, not estimates.

Scope: only project-specific allocations are listed here. Fund-level totals (Water/Sewer Fund balance, FY budget totals, General Fund revenue) and comparison figures (other cities, the county) are deliberately excluded — adding multiple meeting mentions of a fund's running balance doesn't produce a meaningful project allocation, so those rows are out of scope until a separate Funds view is built. Amounts in motions the minutes record as adopted whose wording does not say what they pay for are listed on the project's page, with the amount, and are in no allocation or spending total; a project with no other amount is listed as Requires review. Signed revenue adjustments or pension-liability changes are listed under their own status and are in no allocation or spending total either.

What the figures cover. A project's figure is the sum of the citations listed on its page (the line beside it says how many). It does not cover the adopted amounts listed apart as not classified, requests and applications, amounts in draft minutes not approved as written, amounts whose record names no project, or minutes the City has not posted. It is not the cost of the project and not a fiscal-year total.

How this is built. A row is an amount named in a motion that the City's minutes record as adopted, cited to the minutes' page. Amounts only listed on an agenda item (proposals), named in a motion that was not adopted or was refused, or whose result the minutes do not state are not counted here; the meeting's page lists them with their status. Rows are classified as allocation or expenditure by keyword match on the minutes' wording and grouped by normalized project label. Totals are arithmetic sums of cited amounts — they do not reconcile against the city's actual general ledger. Use them as a navigation aid into the underlying meetings, not as the official budget record.

About the “Spent” column (†). A figure appears only when a later meeting explicitly reports a dollar amount as spent on that project. Most projects don’t get a separate spending report in the minutes, so they show “—”. That means no expenditure has been separately reported yet — not that the project cost nothing. Spend tracking is necessarily partial.
