Transcript Partial transcript
Machine transcription of the meeting recording. The words are the recognizer's, except where a passage is marked as corrected or machine re-recognized; most have
not been checked against the audio, so words, numbers and names can be misheard.
It describes what was said. It cannot establish who voted how, an amount or an outcome — the City's
minutes do that (above).
A time links to its passage, and “Copy link” copies that link. No recording can be started from here.
101 suspect passage(s) marked in place; inspection incomplete: language review; 1 stretch(es) where a voice was detected and no words were recognized.
How this transcript was made. New machine transcription of the whole recording, with 9 voices separated from the audio.
10 short machine repair(s) (10 word(s)) are labelled in place, with the original words beside them: an ordinary word was replaced only where two further machine readings agreed on a different one.
Checks run on this transcript: the recognizer's own warning signs and whether a voice was detected where the words are. Not completed: language review.
A second, independent machine reading was compared with it word by word: the same words for 94.7% of 4,108 content words.
Dotted words (128 places) are ordinary wording differences: hover or tap to see the other reading.
101 passages (22% of the words) are marked suspect: their words are not shown ("unclear audio") and support no statement: numbers, amounts, negation or names differ; the language review questioned them; or no voice was detected there.
Agreement between two machine readings is not verification.
Inspection is incomplete: language review.
Voice detected, no words recognized (1 stretch). Something may have been said here that the transcript does not have:
00:00:00 (18 s) — neither reading has words
Speakers were separated by voice. A plain name rests on evidence tied to that voice; “provisional” is a name from an earlier text-only pass and is not verified; “Speaker N” is an unidentified voice.

um mostly just that a permit was not pulled. We do have three applications for permits. They have all been denied due to no response from the contractor not receiving the correct information and those have only been for the roof. We've not received anything for the door being turned into or the window being turned into a door or any of the interior work. So at this time there is no permit application that's not been denied. Good evening. um As for this property, um I have been working toward getting the property up to standards. um I know this is not an excuse, but my wife has been in the hospital six times. I just picked her up today. As you can see,
um And that's really, I i spoke with this young lady, miss Jennifer, um about getting the permit updated. And since that time, it's just been a whirlwind of back and forth to the hospital. um
And she's having a full-blown attack right now. And uh we're trying to get it under control. And I know that's not an excuse for being derelict in my duties as a property owner. But I've been cutting the yard every week. um So, and and constantly, um
can make sure that there's um no one going in and out of the place. We've secured the property um and make sure that everything is, stay secure. um ‸ The neighbors to my my south and then and the neighbor across the street, they have been my eyes and ears right now until we get the cameras installed. But I know that if I get the permit started up, I don't want the time to run out on me as far as that that five-year period. And that's the only reason why I haven't started the permits up. And I know that's really not a great excuse, but that's the only one I have. Thank you. Are you doing this work yourself? uh No, sir. um I'm hiring contractors. I am the owner builder, but I'm hiring contractors to do the work. i
mean i I'm sorry about your your wife, your spouse um issues and i'm going to the hospital. um i don't want to sound rude or anything, but with the builders that you have now, i i I guess I don't understand the disconnect between you and them.

no. That, that, all of that's been rectified. um I don't know what the code enforcement has been by to check the, um ‸ far as any debris at the property or or someone living in a trailer oror someone even living ‸ inside the property, none of that is happening.

But what will happen is you'll be fined going back to the start. I understand. ‸ then when you're fine you can still come back for a lean reduction after that is taken care of. But again, I'm hoping to be able to give you time to be able to work this out. um like you say, you, you've, you're putting the other house up for sale so you can start working on that. Correct. And again, I know that's not the way the market is now.

‸ continue to hear excuse after excuse, and I don't want to be that person. um I'd like to thank uh miss Hatcher because she gave me the idea of going down and go ahead and file the eviction notice on the tenants that were there, and which was a great idea because as soon as I brought that paper, everything just went in motion because the Sheriff Department was there and um um

um and not only did they send one officer, but they sent three officers. And um apparently the gentleman had warrants or or whatever. So that was a motivation to to get out as fast as possible. So, you know, I
because my intention was to be in the house last year. uh Well, that did not happen and as we as we could see. but um But as soon as this one sells, you know, take the equity out and and finish the house off.
Would the officers be okay with giving him 120 days to hopefully see where he can come up, um how he comes up with this and then we take it from there? Because right now we're kind of like step by step and we're almost to the end. or I mean, well, we're pretty much to the end
met with Mr. Patterson and his wife and his wife's health issues. um and the holidays coming up, the status of you selling a home it's not easy right now. um We are going to recommend potentially a 180 day for a six month extension um to give him through time for the holidays, time through um his wife's illnesses, if that is acceptable. We're going to recommend 180 days for compliance. I
