A Taste of Elegance is a gourmet from scratch catering company. A Taste of Elegance commissary kitchen is a rental kitchen where other caterers, those that are in the food industry, can come in and have somewhere that's safe, clean, to prepare their meals. So we prepare meals for if it's ‸ a wedding, if it's a funeral, a family reunion, any type of gathering, nothing is too small. If you want to have an intimate setting, you and your wife, a Valentine's Day dinner, whatever it is, we prepare. If it's meal prep, we can do it. I've been cooking since I was about eight years old. It's always been one of my many passions. I love just the joy, you know, usually when they taste something, you see that reaction, you see that first impression that you get, and that just brings joy to me. I chose Coco for a number of reasons. One being, I knew that Coco had a startup grant. The Upstart program is a program that the city of Coco offers to businesses that are coming into the area.
