The date is the archive folder's. For a video from the City's channel this is usually the day it was posted, not necessarily the day of the event.
This recording is not attached to a meeting in the meetings list.
The title above is the recording's own. This page does not establish what kind of event the recording is of, and it shows no City record for it.
Other recordings lists the recordings with a machine transcript that are shown on pages of their own; Meetings lists the meetings.
Transcript Partial transcript
Machine transcription of this recording. The words are the recognizer's, except where a passage is marked as corrected or machine re-recognized; most have
not been checked against the audio, so words, numbers and names can be misheard.
It describes what was said. It cannot establish who voted how, an amount or an outcome.
A time links to its passage, and “Copy link” copies that link. “▶ Play” opens the recording at that moment, on YouTube; on this page it moves the player above the transcript.
7 suspect passage(s) marked in place.
How this transcript was made. New machine transcription of the whole recording, with 2 voices separated from the audio.
No word has been replaced by anything else.
Checks run on this transcript: the recognizer's own warning signs, whether a voice was detected where the words are and a language review for likely mishearings.
A second, independent machine reading was compared with it word by word: the same words for 97.8% of 270 content words.
Dotted words (5 places) are ordinary wording differences: hover or tap to see the other reading.
7 passages (14% of the words) are marked suspect: their words are not shown ("unclear audio") and support no statement: numbers, amounts, negation or names differ; the language review questioned them; or no voice was detected there.
Agreement between two machine readings is not verification.
Speakers were separated by voice. A plain name rests on evidence tied to that voice; “provisional” is a name from an earlier text-only pass and is not verified; “Speaker N” is an unidentified voice.
I went to a craft store and I was just looking for whatever. I've always been a creative. And I found this little miniature wooden hutch and it was unfinished. It was a dollar. I got it home and I painted it and the rest is kind of history. ‸ I didn't even know I could do it. When I made quite a few miniatures, I was looking for a store with miniatures, if one even existed.
Me and my mom were down here in the village. It was a craft show going on. Just walking around and I, of course, every time I'm down here, I got to stop in.
If it exists in the world and life size, you can create it in miniature. And it's like a feeling of accomplishment. Every time I get something done, I sit and look at it and I'm like, I made that. ‸ I just sat here and created this. It's a pretty cool feeling.
City of Cocoa is growing in a lot of ways. It's kind of got a little bit of everything for everyone, you know, especially down here in the village. You can come here and get sushi, miniatures, books, clothes, metaphysical stuff. There's all kinds of, even a pirate store. I would describe Cocoa Village as a quaint, quiet, cozy little community. And people are just nice. Like, I have my numbers on the outside of my building. They got damaged and somebody came and just repainted them for me. You know, really, really sweet, nice people. The concerts and the craft shows, all of that, it brings crowds. And even if people don't do miniatures, they still come in. They want to come in. They want to look around. It's almost like a museum to people. They'll come in and, you know, or they'll know someone who would get a kick out of something they see here and get it for them. Business is really good. Online
