Transcript Partial transcript

Machine transcription of this recording. The words are the recognizer's, except where a passage is marked as corrected or machine re-recognized; most have not been checked against the audio, so words, numbers and names can be misheard. It describes what was said. It cannot establish who voted how, an amount or an outcome. A time links to its passage, and “Copy link” copies that link. “▶ Play” opens the recording at that moment, on YouTube; on this page it moves the player above the transcript.

Speakers were separated by voice. A plain name rests on evidence tied to that voice; “provisional” is a name from an earlier text-only pass and is not verified; “Speaker N” is an unidentified voice.

We have our own doctor for the city, she's actually my primary ‸ care doctor and I love her to death. She's the sweetest lady you'd ever want to meet. The company I worked for, they didn't have any health benefits or nothing. So everything was all out of pocket for me. So coming to the city was a great benefit. I mean it cost me next to nothing because I'm single.

And I have my own doctor. Anytime ‸ I make an appointment I go see her. If I need to see a specialist, she sets it up and I'm off to see a specialist. It's a very minimal copay. And it's great. The system is great. It's a family. This is a work family.
