The date is the archive folder's. For a video from the City's channel this is usually the day it was posted, not necessarily the day of the event.
This recording is not attached to a meeting in the meetings list.
The title above is the recording's own. This page does not establish what kind of event the recording is of, and it shows no City record for it.
Other recordings lists the recordings with a machine transcript that are shown on pages of their own; Meetings lists the meetings.
Transcript Partial transcript
Machine transcription of this recording. The words are the recognizer's, except where a passage is marked as corrected or machine re-recognized; most have
not been checked against the audio, so words, numbers and names can be misheard.
It describes what was said. It cannot establish who voted how, an amount or an outcome.
A time links to its passage, and “Copy link” copies that link. “▶ Play” opens the recording at that moment, on YouTube; on this page it moves the player above the transcript.
7 suspect passage(s) marked in place; inspection incomplete: language review; 1 stretch(es) where a voice was detected and no words were recognized.
How this transcript was made. New machine transcription of the whole recording, with 2 voices separated from the audio.
2 short machine repair(s) (5 word(s)) are labelled in place, with the original words beside them: an ordinary word was replaced only where two further machine readings agreed on a different one.
Checks run on this transcript: the recognizer's own warning signs and whether a voice was detected where the words are. Not completed: language review.
A second, independent machine reading was compared with it word by word: the same words for 96.4% of 520 content words.
Dotted words (11 places) are ordinary wording differences: hover or tap to see the other reading.
7 passages (18% of the words) are marked suspect: their words are not shown ("unclear audio") and support no statement: numbers, amounts, negation or names differ; the language review questioned them; or no voice was detected there.
Agreement between two machine readings is not verification.
Inspection is incomplete: language review.
Voice detected, no words recognized (1 stretch). Something may have been said here that the transcript does not have:
00:02:15 (5 s) — neither reading has words
Speakers were separated by voice. A plain name rests on evidence tied to that voice; “provisional” is a name from an earlier text-only pass and is not verified; “Speaker N” is an unidentified voice.
Next thing you know, I'm cooking ten of them. It's just a dream that we just kind of brought into fruition. We, you know, every Monday and Tuesday we'd drive around the whole county, eat and barbecue to all the places and

Like this place has its own little heart and soul. Not to mention the village never had barbecue. So ‸ that was actually one huge bonus about us opening here was there was no barbecue here. You had burgers, you had sushi, you had pizza, you didn't have barbecue. This is a Central Texas

pork and whatnot is just, yeah, I look to them for to see what those guys are doing, but it ends up being your own spin on it when it's all said and done. With that being said, brisket, I sell as much brisket as all the other meats put together at this place. So it's pretty, pretty brisket heavy. My wife's Nana, which she passed a couple years ago, passed three, four years ago. And when she passed, she gave everyone in the family a cookbook. We took the heart of her bread pudding recipe. And when we have leftover buns and stuff like that, we'll make a bread pudding that the base recipe is Nana's.
like they were very welcoming. And I felt like it was more proactive. Like, you know, how can we make this work? You know, we can get through this together. You know, there's a lot of give and take there, but there wasn't a split second where I didn't feel welcome and I didn't feel wanted.

I always try to keep my supply a little less of my demand on things like that. Just so it's the best product I can put out. So this is meat market style, right? So honestly, I would tell if someone has never been here, come in with a friend or two, get a tray and you can order everything's priced by the pound. You can order as little or as much as you want.
