Transcript Partial transcript

Machine transcription of this recording. The words are the recognizer's, except where a passage is marked as corrected or machine re-recognized; most have not been checked against the audio, so words, numbers and names can be misheard. It describes what was said. It cannot establish who voted how, an amount or an outcome. A time links to its passage, and “Copy link” copies that link. “▶ Play” opens the recording at that moment, on YouTube; on this page it moves the player above the transcript.

Speakers were separated by voice. A plain name rests on evidence tied to that voice; “provisional” is a name from an earlier text-only pass and is not verified; “Speaker N” is an unidentified voice.

Many things can cause interruption in service, including downed trees, storm surge, and more. Interruption in service could last for several days, depending on how widespread and how severe the storm damage is. The barrier island water system may need to be isolated from the main water system to protect the integrity of the entire utility system. If this happens, there will still be water service, but it will be limited to the amount stored in tanks on the barrier island. Local utility officials will evaluate

Prepare by storing water ahead of the storm. Our number one priority is to make sure we deliver safe and reliable drinking water to all of our customers,
