The date is the archive folder's. For a video from the City's channel this is usually the day it was posted, not necessarily the day of the event.
This recording is not attached to a meeting in the meetings list.
The title above is the recording's own. This page does not establish what kind of event the recording is of, and it shows no City record for it.
Other recordings lists the recordings with a machine transcript that are shown on pages of their own; Meetings lists the meetings.
Transcript Partial transcript
Machine transcription of this recording. The words are the recognizer's, except where a passage is marked as corrected or machine re-recognized; most have
not been checked against the audio, so words, numbers and names can be misheard.
It describes what was said. It cannot establish who voted how, an amount or an outcome.
A time links to its passage, and “Copy link” copies that link. “▶ Play” opens the recording at that moment, on YouTube; on this page it moves the player above the transcript.
17 suspect passage(s) marked in place.
How this transcript was made. New machine transcription of the whole recording, with 2 voices separated from the audio.
No word has been replaced by anything else.
Checks run on this transcript: the recognizer's own warning signs, whether a voice was detected where the words are and a language review for likely mishearings.
A second, independent machine reading was compared with it word by word: the same words for 99.0% of 791 content words.
Dotted words (9 places) are ordinary wording differences: hover or tap to see the other reading.
17 passages (16% of the words) are marked suspect: their words are not shown ("unclear audio") and support no statement: numbers, amounts, negation or names differ; the language review questioned them; or no voice was detected there.
Agreement between two machine readings is not verification.
Speakers were separated by voice. A plain name rests on evidence tied to that voice; “provisional” is a name from an earlier text-only pass and is not verified; “Speaker N” is an unidentified voice.
Hi everyone, I'm Mayor Henry Parrish of the great city of Cocoa. 2015 was a year full of building on a foundation for a bright future. As we embark on 2016, I would like to take a few minutes to reflect on what I love about the great city that so many of us call home.

a commitment this year to ensure long-term safety to our residents, business owners, and visitors by investing in public safety. Equipping our first responders with additional tools they need to better protect our community was a top priority. This included four new fire vehicles and a new high-efficiency command post. We also replaced an aging fleet of police vehicles with newer cars that should take us into the next five years. We have also improved how we communicate with the public. You will notice the new entry signs throughout the city welcoming our residents and visitors. There are also two new digital message boards to keep residents and visitors informed, as well as new street signs and a new gateway sign for the Grissom Industrial Business Area. Riverfront Park received much-needed upgrades to keep up ‸ the demands of the special events that take place throughout the year, including electrical upgrades and a new roof around the rotunda. Thanks to a grant assistance from the state, we begun restoring two historic buildings.

And a first in the state of Florida. Endeavor Elementary School later today will host its grand opening as a community school. This is a unique partnership between the school and other community resources with an integrated focus on academics, health and social services, youth and community development, and community engagement. This leads to improved student learning, stronger families, and healthier communities. As you can see there are so many reasons to love the city of Cocoa and that's why we need you. My goal this year is to get the people engaged in the community and discover the
